Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 10 gms noodles


  • 1 cups raw papaya


  • 1 nos carrot medium size grated


  • 1 cups cabbage finely chopped


  • 1 sprig coriander leaves - finely chopped


  • 3 tbsp venerable oil


  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder


  • 2 litre chilled water


  • 1 pinch salt - to taste


  • 1/2 cups for dip:roasted peanuts


  • 4 nos dry red chilli


  • 2 nos green chilli


  • 1/4 tsp ginger grated


  • 4 nos garlic cloves peeled


  • 1 pinch salt


  • 2 tsp lemon juice

Directions

  • Boil water in a big pot, Then add little oil, 1/2 tsp salt and noodles in boiling water
  • When noodles is 90% cooked switch off the gas and drain the excess water
  • Spread it in a big place and cool it down
  • Take chilled water in a big open pan and add chopped raw papaya, cabbage, carrot and noodles and leave it for half an hour
  • Boil red chillies in hot water till it turns tender
  • Put peanuts, ginger, garlic, green chillies, red chillies, lemon juice, salt and little water in a grinder and make a fine paste, Keep it in a bowl
  • Take a large serving bowl, Add chilled noodles, raw vegetables, peanut dip, oil, black pepper powder, coriander leaves and salt to balance the taste and mix everything gently
  • You can serve it chilled as breakfast or evening snack
